1:00 pm Celebrate Spring with a Lemon Pound Cake
This year it’s a do-it-yourself feast, but you’re not alone in your prep! Join us to bake a a special Spring Fest Lemon Pound Cake.
Our lead chef, Freshman StuyEats member Dinah-Iuba Beylison, will lead us via live stream and share stories behind the bake. Assistant Principal Casey Pedrick, Junior Jacob Steinberg and his 8th grade sister Susie will be baking along, and we will all be able to devour a delicious treat – quite well-deserved especially after all that yoga and Zumba earlier in the day.
We will provide a recipe to all participants in advance so you can shop for ingredients.
